RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of our research products.

Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items must be reported on the same calendar day the order is delivered. Email admin@peptiagossresearch.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the package and affected items.

Claims submitted after the delivery date may not be eligible for review. Once a timely claim is verified, Peptiagoss Research Brand will determine the appropriate resolution.

Do not return any product without prior written authorization.
